A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE SK ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2025 OF BARANGAY STO. NIÑO,
KOLAMBUGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED
NINETY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS
ONLY (PHP 293, 818.00)
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 20(a) of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform
Act of 2015 (RA. No. 10742), 10% of the general fund of the barangay shall be set
aside for the SK. The Sangguniang Barangay shall appropriate the SK Fund in a lump
sum, which shall be disbursed solely for youth development and empowerment
purposes;
WHEREAS, Section 20(b) of the same law provides that the SK shall have financial
independence in its operation, disbursement, and encashment of its fund, income, and
expenditures.
WHEREAS, the SK Council, with careful deliberation, included the Programs
mandated by RA 10742 SK Reform Act of 2015 in accordance with the approved
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) and Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) were given priority, which identified activities
for the SK Annual Budget of CY 2025;
WHEREAS, the Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen
Pesos Only (PHP 293, 818.00 is the 10% SK share from the Barangay General Fund
CY 2025, which was given programs and activities for the Barangay Sto. Niño SK
council for CY 2025.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Kabataan Member Ardegil R.
Poloyapoy, duly seconded by Sangguniang Kabataan Member Carl Joshua A. Talaba.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve and endorse the SK Annual Budget
of Barangay Sto. Niño CY 2025.

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SK ANNUAL BUDGET CALENDAR YEAR
2025 AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS ONLY (PHP 293, 818.00)
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 329, Article Two, Title Six, Book III of RA 7160,
otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Ten percent (10%) of the
general fund of the Barangay shall set aside for the Sangguniang Kabataan;
WHEREAS, the said share shall be appropriated and administered by the
Sangguniang Kabataan and shall be spent and disbursed solely for youth development
and empowerment purposes as provided in the provisions of RA 10742, RA 7160, RA
9184, and such other pertinent rules and regulations except for personal services;
WHEREAS, SK Annual Budget is the yearly program based on the Comprehensive
Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP), and it contains the particular program,
projects, and activities with corresponding project costs, including the necessary fund
flows to approximate the reasonable timing in the release of funds;
WHEREAS, the proposed SK Annual Budget is deemed appropriate for the
operational utilization of the Sangguniang Kabataan Funds;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. IMELDA R. POLOYAPOY duly seconded
by all members Present, it was;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt the SK Annual Budget for the
Calendar Year 2025 of Barangay Sto. Niño, Kolambugan Lanao del Norte
RESOLVED FURTHER, let copies of this resolution be furnished to the offices
concerned for their information and appropriate action.

CALENDAR YEAR 2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED NINETY-
THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS ONLY (PHP
293, 818.00) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY STO.
NIÑO, KOLAMBUGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE.
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN CREATING, ENABLING MECHANICS FOR MEANINGFUL
YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN NATION-BUILDING AND OTHER PURPOSES;
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, Section 3 paragraph (c) states that Annual
Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) shall refer to the three-year
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) of the Barangay that is
formulated by the Sangguniang Kabataan in consultation and with concurrence of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) and anchored on the Philippine Youth Development
(PYDP) and other Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) in Provincial;
WHEREAS, the Barangay General fund allocates 10% for the Program, Projects, and
Activities of the Sangguniang Kabataan in each Barangay Local Government Unit;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sto. Niño has identified the
Programs, Projects, and Activities for the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program for the Calendar Year 2025 in the amount of Two Hundred Ninety-Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Pesos Only (PHP 293, 818.00)
WHEREAS, after a comprehensive discussion and deliberation on this matter,
RESOLVED, that this resolution be submitted to the Sangguniang Barangay of Sto.
Niño, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte through the Sangguniang Kabataan;
NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of SK Member Ardegil R. Poloyapoy to
approve and endorse the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan of the Sangguniang
Kabataan for the Calendar Year 2025 and duly seconded by all council members
present, it was;
RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Program for the Calendar Year 2025 in the amount of Two
