Dear Danube Properties,

Please find my payment details as set out in item 4&5, All the remittance/payment will be drawn from my bank
account in favour of Danube Properties LLC (Danube). This remittance/payment is issued to Danube from my
account for and on behalf of the Purchaser and the Property set out in item 3 of The Particulars. representing the
future Instalment/s owed thereby for the property set out in item 3 of The Particulars.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that:


(a) I am solely acting upon the instructions from the Purchaser(s). My rights are against the purchaser only and I
shall have no claims or defences against Danube or the Property for any reason whatsoever, including but not
limited to claim for a refund of the money or to claim any entitlements in and/or ownership of the above Property.
All rights I may have against Danube as may be imputed by law are hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waived.
(b) Any forfeiture or claims related to the above-mentioned property shall be only addressed to the Purchaser/s
only; any refund (total or partial) by Danube of the above-mentioned amount shall be made directly to the
Purchaser/s.
