AI Agent Task Type for Guided Journeys
• Simple and consistent steps
• Configure AI Agents - generic config, journey independent.
• Configure task type in Journeys and associate the AI Agent.
• Associate the journey task to the required Redwood page.
• Prerequisites
• Profile option - ORA_PER_AGENT_TASK_TYPE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED
• Security privilege - HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV
• Tips
• You can use this task type only in a guided journey.
• This feature is only available when using guided journeys on Redwood pages.
• The interaction with the agent is only displayed on the UI and not stored anywhere.
• This task type can't be created in the task library or in a task group.

Create Journeys and Tasks Using Generative AI
• The AI Assist option is available on these journey UIs:
• Journey Templates page > Create
• Journey details page > Tasks section > Suggest Tasks
• Task Groups page > Create
• Explore tab > Create Journey
• Content generated
• Journey name and description.
• Task name, description, and instructions to complete the task.
• Minimum of 10 task suggestions.

• Prerequisite
• Use Business Rules to set the Show AI Assist Visual Builder (VB) constant to true.
• Tips
• By default, the created tasks are of type Manual Task with the Worker as task performer and
Initiator as task owner. You also have the option to suggest tasks for an existing journey.
• AI-generated journeys and tasks are always created in the English language. Additional language
support is planned for a future release.
• The journeys and tasks that you generate by using AI may contain inaccuracies. You need to
review the journeys and tasks before you activate them.

Remote I9 Process Supported in Journeys HireRight Integration
• Convenient solution for employers with remote workers. Employees can fulfil USCIS Form I9
requirements anywhere in the United States without the need to visit a physical location.
• Allows you to take advantage of authorized agents nationwide who will complete section 2 of the I9
Form and physically inspect your employee's identity and work authorization documents.
• Prerequisites
• Enable the service from HireRight.
• Ensure employee phone number is available in Cloud HCM.
• Ensure that the employee hire date is 5 working days after the date of I9 creation.
• Select Yes for I-9 Remote option during the employee hire process.
• Turn on the ORA_PER_CHK_ENABLE_I9_REMOTE profile option.
• Tip
• If remote I9 verification is enabled, the line manager can access the I9 section 2 task as a PDF
document in read-only mode.

• Enables anonymous and supplier users to access guided journeys on Redwood pages.
• Categories of users:
• Authenticated Users
• Enterprise users such as employees, contingent workers, and so on can access private and internal guided
journeys content in addition to public and external guided journeys content.
• Supplier users are external users who are registered in Oracle Fusion. They can access only public and external
guided journeys content.
• Nonauthenticated Users
• Anonymous users are external users who are not yet registered in Oracle Fusion. They can access only public
and external guided journeys content.
• Only these task types are supported for External guided journeys:
• Manual Task
• External URL
• Video
