SUB:- COMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Supply of Electrical Panels as per Bill of Material attached with the offer under relevant Annexure.
SCOPE
Unloading at site, erection, installaton, cable joints and commissioning etc are not in our scope.
PRICE As per Annexure -III, of our offer based on the complete quantity.

PACKING & Duly packed in plastic sheet wrapped over the panel . Any other type of packing, if required will be
FORWARDING provided at extra cost. Loading at our works in included.

GST Extra @18% / 1.0% in case of export.

FREIGHT Extra , in Client scope.
TRANSIT
Extra in Client scope, if required.
INSURANCE
PAYMENT 40% advance along with the purchase order and after Panel inspection our balance 60% with full GST against
TERMS. performa invoice before dispatch. (there any other part of percentage or PDC payment not accepted)

Will be submitted within 5-7 days of receipt of techinically and commercially clear purchased order advance and
DRAWING
designs inputs required for engineering.
DELIVERY Ex works, within ____to___weeks from the receipt approval of drawings or effective date o PO above, whichever
PERIOD is later. The quoted deliver period is in good faith subject to timely availability of essential Raw Materials. Suitable
PLC PLC installed software charge of PLC engineer are excluded from our quote. It will be charged extra as per
INSTALATION customer requirement.
1. After our warranty periodservice charges, will be charged extra according to the magnitude of work
SERVICE
2. Board lodging To and FRO fare will be charged extra.
FORCE We shall not be resposible for the failure or delay in executing the order due to acts beyond our control such as
MAJEAURE war, fire, labour problems, accidents governmental act or of shortage of labour or material etc.
ERECTION IN
excluding of our offer (client scope)
COMMISIONING
Equipment offered by us are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for 12months from the date of billing and
WARANTY 13months from the date of errection whichever is earlier for replacment/rectification as decided by us at our
factory

Client have to aprroved drawings within Maximum 15 days from the date of submitted Drawings
PERIOD OF Client have to pay Advance Payment within 7 Days after Issue Purchase Order, after 7 days if advance payment
DRAWINGS not release the quotation price will be increase as per market price of raw material.
APRROVAL &
Delay in the period of advance payment or approval of drawings will be effect the time of delivery as well.
ADVANCE
PAYMENT Incase of any reason if client cancel the PO then the advance payment should not be refundable.
TERM After Panel Inspection the order will be delivered within 2 to 3 Days from our side
CONDITIONS
After that period if client can not make delivery then the extra per day charges will be aplicabe as per bank intrest.
EXTRA JOB
Change in panel size, specifiction and accessories used will not be accepted once freezed. But change other than
WORK
mentioned in GA will be applicable for extra cost.
VARIATION

ORDER PLACE Order once placed can not be cancelled & Advance payment not adjustable/refundable.

Only routine Test are Conducted At our factory. Test report Will be forwarded along with the dispatch
INSPECTION
documents. client/authrised personinspection in our factory before delivery of panels.
STATUTORY Any new taxes/ levies imposed by govt. during pendency of order and at the time delivery will be charged extra
VARIATION as applicable against documentary evidence.
GOVERNING This order shall be governed by indian laws and regulations and shall be subjected to court of competent
LAWS jurisdiction at Ludhiana.
VALIDITY The offer is valid only for_______ Days from the above date.
In case price increased any type of raw material like switchgear ,busbar,wire, cables, CRCA Sheet,

powder and other material used in panel then price increase will be taken from you as per ruling
