Open the excel file, After opening TABLEAU, now drag the needed sheet to he blank area

Add sheet, drag the needed elements to the column and row. Different icon in the top can be used
to switch row and columns and other changes.
Colour of the bar or the chart can be changed by clicking on the icon on its left.

Data labels can be added by dragging the require data on left side text icon.
Colour of different bar can be changed by dragging required category to colour icon on left.
Drag country to left icon text

Drag sales to size, it will show which country is contributing to sales most
