-The Jungle book is a fiction fable because the characters are talking animals.
-The author of the novel is Rudyard Kipling.
-The jungle book is about a baby boy who was left alone in the jungle after his
parents were attacked by Shere khan the tiger .
-The boy raised up in the jungle by a family of wolves.
Characters of the story :
1. The baby’s family .They were careless and irresponsible , as
they left their baby in the jungle alone and
they didn’t return back.
2.Mowgli -He was the boy that brought up by a family of
wolves.
-He became friends with all the animals.
3.Raksha -She is mother wolf. -She was kind,
caring and responsible. She took care
of Mowgli like he was one of her own
cubs.
4.Shere Khan -He is the man –eating tiger. -He is
cunning and evil, as he attacked the baby’s
family in the jungle.
-He wanted to kidnap the child and wanted the
boy for himself
5.Baloo -He was the wise and playful bear. He was
kind and friendly , he will teach him the rules
of the jungle and teach him life lessons
-He can show him which plants are good for
medicine.
6.Bagheera -The black panther .
-He was kind as he was the one who found
the baby crying in the jungle and took him to
Raksha. -He was friendly and helpful, he
taught Mowgli how to hunt.
Moreover , he will teach him how to find
water and food.
7.Akela -The wise old wolf.
-She told Bagheera and Baloo to protect
Mowgli and taught him the rules of the jungle.
