Technical Requirements For Topoghraphical Study-2025.2.14

The document outlines the technical requirements for conducting a topographical study necessary for project construction, including standards, precision indices, and work content. It specifies the coordinate systems to be used, the methods for topographic surveys, and the required report submissions. The study involves detailed measurements and mapping of various features, adhering to established ISO standards for accuracy.

• Introduction

The main task of the project survey is to provide geographic information data for the project

construction to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction. The project survey

includes the control survey, topographic survey, cross-section survey and related measurement.
• Standard basis and precision
• Standard

• ISO 10012 Measurement management systems. Requirements for measurement

processes and measuring equipment

• ISO 14617 Graphical symbols for diagrams

• ISO 19127 Geographic information -- Geodetic register

• ISO 19156 Geographic information. Observations and measurements

• ISO 19161 Geographic information — Geodetic references

• ISO 286-1-2010/Cor 1 Corrigendum 1: Geometrical product specifications (GPS). ISO

code system for tolerances on linear sizes. Part 1:Basis of tolerances, deviations and fits

• ISO 17123 Optics and optical instruments

• ISO 4463 Measurement methods for building. Setting-out and measurement

• Precision index

• The error in the control network plane is not more than ± 0.05m

• The error in the elevation of the control network is not more than ± 0.05m
• Work content

The main content of the work is 1: 500 topography at the substation and 1: 1000 topography at

the photovoltaic plant and recommended access road path. The measuring range shall not be less

than that indicated in the attached topography surveying range drawings and 50 meters wide

beyond the site boundary line range .

• Coordinate system

Plane coordinate system: independent coordinate system, using WGS84 (World Geodetic System

1984) ellipsoid, UTM projection (Universal Transverse Mercator Projection).

The elevation system uses an independent elevation system, and the GNSS (Global Navigation

Satellite System) fitting high-level surface model uses EGM96 (Earth Gravitational Model 1996)

(Global) geoid model.

• Topographic survey

The topographic map contour distance is shown in Table 1

scale 1:500 1:1000

interval

The topographic map can be measured by UAV aerial survey method or RTK. UAV workflow

includes: aerial photography, control point measurement, photogrammetry, aerial triangulation,

aerial survey internal industry, aerial survey external industry, and output submission of results.

Topographic feature surveys include:

1 Buildings and ancillary facilities

2 Road and other transportation facilities

3 Water supply system

4 Terrain features: contour lines, slopes, gully, etc.

5 Elevation point

6 Vegetation
• Report submission

The totographical report should include the following aspects:

1 dwg document of above AutoCAD version 2014

2 Three control Point

3 Scale 1:1000 for PV Plant and 1:500 for the booster substation.
