How do you prepare before you jump in the water?
Do you have any special
routines or gear that help you get ready?
- All I do is stretching to avoid potential injuries or cramps during my
swim. It’s important to prepare our body as we’re in a large body of
water. I also invite my friends and cousins when going to ocean to
increase insurance in case something happens.
What emotions do you feel before, during, and after swimming? Is there
something you love most about it?
- During swimming the initial chill of the water always sends a delightful
shiver down my spine, awakening my playful side. As I dive deep into
the ocean there’s that feeling of enjoyment that you can’t found
elsewhere. Especially swimming at night where as you move there’s
something glittery, shining things besides you. It give thrill like no
wonders but it left you exhausted after swimming, just thinking about
rinsing yourself and your clothes after swimming are already
exhausting.
Any funny, exciting, or memorable moments you’d like
To share?
- One unforgettable moment happened way back when I was a little. I
was attempting a to dive, convinced of my flawless form, but instead, I
ended up doing a spectacular belly flop in front of a group of
onlookers! My pride was a little bruised, but the refreshing splash and
the infectious laughter soon had me giggling along with everyone else.
It was a humbling yet hilarious reminder that swimming is all about
embracing the joy of movement, even when you’re a little clumsy like
me.
