2. In view of the above references, is the need to ensure the continuous


capability development of the AFP Health Service Support System essential to the
sustainment of military operations. Significant to this is the availability of readily
accessible reference especially for health service doctrines and roadmaps
development.

3. In that regard, request availability for an electronic copy through email


[email protected], of the Functions, Resources, Expectations and Messages
(FREM) Alignment Guidebook S-2023 to serve as ready reference for Office of The
Surgeon General (OTSG) in the crafting, review and revision of Health Service
Support Manuals/Policies/Roadmaps to sustainment of AFP military operations.
