Subject : 3rd Rajasthan State Youth (U-18) Athletics Championships
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that as per the guidelines of Athletics Federation of India, it is mandatory to conduct
the State Championships for sending the entries for National Athletics Championships.
In this regard, it was decided to conduct 3rd Rajasthan State Youth (U-18) Athletics Championships at
Patel Stadium, Ajmer (Rajasthan) on 2-3 March 2025. This championships will be organized by Rajasthan
Athletic Association (RAA) under the rules & regulations of Athletics Federation of India vide circular no.
11/02-2025 dated February 11, 2025. This championships will also be a selection trial for 20th National
Youth Athletics Championships 2025 which is scheduled at Bihar from 10-12 March 2025.
The athletes may further be selected for Asian Youth Athletics / Other International Championships from
the National Youth Athletics Championships. It is hereby advised to the athletes to prepare the passport
in advance in case they are selected for above mentioned Championships .
Championships & Eligibility Details:
1. The individuals representing the “Affiliated District Athletics Associations” will enter in the
Championships.
2. Each District can enter maximum FOUR Athletes in each event.
3. An Athlete can enter in TWO individual events.
4. Athletes aged 16 or 17 on 31st December 2025 born in 2008 and 2009, may compete in any event. No
athlete younger than 16 years of age as on 31st December 2025 may be entered.
5. The entries should be submitted “ONLINE” on AFI Website linked with RAA
(www.rajasthanathletic.com) by the Affiliated District units from 15 February to 27 February 2025.
Entries sent by the mode other than “ONLINE” will not be accepted. It should also be noted that athletes
with AFI UID can only participate.
6. Entry Fee of INR 200/- per event per athlete will have to be paid online alongwith the entry. The Last
date for receipt of Entries is 27 February 2025. In no case, entries after the target date will be entertained.
7. All the District Secretaries should ensure that they do not include the name of Athletes, who have been
banned by AFI.

8. It may also be noted that boarding and lodging facilities to Athletes/ Managers/ coaches will not be
provided by the Organizers. The Participating District Athletic will therefore have to make their own
arrangements in this regard.
Boys : 100m, 200m, 400m, 1000m, Long Jump, High Jump, 110mH (0.914m),
Shot Put (5Kg), Discus Throw (1.5Kg), Javelin Throw (700g), 5Km Race Walk
Girls : 100m, 200m, 400m, 1000m, Long Jump, High Jump, 100mH (0.762m),
Shot Put (3Kg), Discus Throw (1.0Kg), Javelin Throw (500g), 3Km Race Walk

All of you are requested to give a wide publicity so that maximum participation can be achieved &
athletes can prepare well for this championship.
