2. QUALITY Status Action By Due Date

Quality team informed that kick off meeting shall be conducted prior to start any new activity.

2.1 The quality team will share the list of all activities that required certification / kick of meeting. Info Closed

QC Manager informed every location has designated civil QC inspector.


Site offices with internet, printer and scanner have been provided at all pump stations. QC 29-Aug-
2.2 Inspector will be available at site from 08:00am to 05:00pm.

Quality team highlighted the concern for shortage of vehicles.

The procurement team must submit all required QC documents along with internal RFI to the
assigned person Mr. Waqar Afzal for materials receiving inspection.

details with quantity received at site.

Updated RFI list should be share every Saturday.

QC Manager informed that enough time shall be given to QC inspector for next day RFI.
