About This Experience

PLAN IN DETAIL

Day 1 Athirapally Waterfalls, Charpa Waterfall, Vazhachal Waterfalls, Palm Oil Plantation

Start your journey from Thrissur. The journey from Thrissur to Kochi is a scenic
one that takes you through the breathtakingly beautiful countryside of Kerala.
Later stop at Athirapalli Waterfalls, which is nothing short of magical, surrounded
by verdant forests and the sweet fragrance of nature. On the way, stop at
Charpa Waterfalls and Vazhachal Waterfalls.
Later, visit a palm oil plantation. It offers a unique opportunity to explore the
serene beauty of vast plantations and learn about the fascinating process of oil
palm cultivation. The experience provides insight into a vital agricultural industry
while being surrounded by lush greenery.

Day 2 Kollukumalai Peak, Ervikulam National park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point,
Kathakali Show.

Start your journey towards Munnar, a picturesque hill station in Kerala known for
its tea plantations and natural beauty. The drive to Munnar offers scenic views of
the Western Ghats.
Visit the Pothamedu View Point, which offers panoramic vistas of the rolling hills
covered in lush green tea gardens. It's a perfect spot for some morning
photography.
Later, head to Eravikulam National Park, a must-visit destination for nature lovers.
Located in the Western Ghats, it is home to several endangered species of flora
and fauna, making it a haven for biodiversity enthusiasts.
Next, make your way to Kolukkumalai Peak, one of the highest tea plantations in
the world. The breathtaking views of the sunrise and the surrounding mountains
make this a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Then, visit Echo Point, known for its natural beauty and unique echo
phenomenon, where your voice resonates back to you in the peaceful
surroundings.
Also, explore the Mattupetty Dam, located in a serene setting surrounded by hills

In the evening, attend a Kathakali show, a vibrant cultural experience showcasing

Day 3 Tea Factory Visit,Zip Line, Vembanad Lake, Alleppey Beach, Backwaters, Boat

Start off your day early in the morning with a visit to a Tea Factory, where you
can learn about the tea-making process, from plucking fresh tea leaves to their
transformation into the aromatic tea you enjoy. Explore the lush tea plantations
and savor the rich aroma of freshly processed tea.
For some adventure, enjoy an exhilarating zipline experience amidst the scenic
landscapes, offering a thrilling perspective of the tea gardens and rolling hills.
Later, head towards Alleppey and arrive at Vembanad Lake, the largest lake in
Kerala. Take a short boat ride to experience the lake's grandeur and immerse
yourself in its serene atmosphere.
Explore Alleppey Beach and its iconic lighthouse, where you can unwind and
enjoy some leisurely beach time.
As you glide through the backwaters, soak in the tranquil beauty of the
landscape and observe local life along the banks—a quintessential Kerala
experience.
Spend the night on a houseboat at Alleppey or Kumarakom, surrounded by the
calming sounds of nature and the gentle sway of the water.

Day 4 Jatayu, Varkala

It’s a day to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate. Disembark from the houseboat and
visit Marari Beach, known for its peaceful shoreline, offering the perfect place to
unwind and enjoy the calm surroundings.
Later, drive to Varkala (approximately 120 km, 3.5 hours). On the way, stop at
Jatayu Earth Center, an iconic spot dedicated to the mythical bird Jatayu from
the Ramayana. Visit the Jatayu Statue, the world's largest bird sculpture, and
enjoy the breathtaking views from the Jatayu Nature Park. This stop adds a
touch of history and adventure to your day before heading to the beach.
Upon arrival in Varkala, visit Varkala Beach, situated along a picturesque cliff that
provides a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea.
Experience an adrenaline rush with numerous water sports activities such as
surfing, parasailing, and jet-skiing. The vibrant beach atmosphere is
complemented by the fresh seafood available at local eateries, making the
experience even more memorable.

Day 5 Azahimala Shiva Temple, Kovalam Beach, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple

Start your day with a visit to the Azahamalai Shiva Statue, a magnificent statue of
Lord Shiva located in a serene and picturesque setting. The statue is an iconic
landmark and offers a peaceful atmosphere for reflection and admiration of the
grandeur of the structure.
Later, head towards Kovalam Beach, one of Kerala’s most popular beaches.
Known for its crescent-shaped coastline and calm waters, it's a great spot to
relax and take in the stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Enjoy leisurely walks
along the shore or indulge in water sports activities.
Afterward, start your journey towards the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple,
the world’s richest temple. The temple’s architecture blends Dravidian and Kerala
styles, featuring intricate carvings and sculptures that are some of the finest
examples of traditional Indian temple architecture.
Check in for the night at your Thiruvananthapuram hotel.
The next morning, board the Sabari Express to Hyderabad. Take some time to
bid farewell to your fellow travelers and cherish the memories created during
the trip.

Balance Payment should be done before 2 days of the departure

Limitations & Liability


We accept liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control,
and, therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would
like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or
where, for some reason, we are not prepared to accept liability.
In the event that you miss your train or bus for any reason during your onward or return
journey, the company shall not be responsible for any financial reimbursement. However, we
will assist you in finding alternative transportation options to ensure your continued travel.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person
traveling with him or her for any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss delay,
discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever
caused
The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the
tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable.
Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
Where the failures in the performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the holiday provision
and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due
to theft, or any other reasons.

Train Tickets
Though we try our best, we cannot assure you a confirmed train ticket as train department is
under the government, where we have no control or so.
Our packages from Ex- Hyd includes Sleeper class train tickets,
If you choose to travel in 3AC/2AC/1AC, you'll be charged more according to the prices
shown in IRCTC.
Though we let you know your train ticket status, We request you to check the status at
frequent intervals if the tickets aren't CNF.
If the tickets are in RAC/ WL even two days before the departure date, we suggest you to opt
for Tatkal, which may slightly cost you more.
There's a higher probability of getting a CNF ticket if we try for Premium Tatkal or 3AC.
If the train tickets are in WL and there's a bus facility to your chosen destination, We suggest
you opt for a bus.
For extra charges, we request that you approach our office team.
The extra amount collected for Tatkal is according to the prices shown in IRCTC. No extra
amount shall be charged by us for booking Tatkal

Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices,
schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb
an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.

Right to amend the itinerary


Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and
circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of
the itinerary.
Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company
reserves the right to do so at any time without any prior notice, and you will be notified of any
changes at the earliest possible opportunity.

Others
Weed or any other narcotics is strictly prohibited from entire event!
Be cooperative with fellow Participants
Do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
Do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping
our events pollute-free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force
Majeure), natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or
congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s
control.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, either
due to lack of batch formation or other factors. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.

If you cancel, the following policy applies:

Cancellation Refund will be processed only in the form of HAC wallet


Refund is non-transferable
Wallet cash can be used within 1 year.
There's no refund if,
The person doesn't shows up on the day of travel.
The person voluntarily decides to withdraw from the trip in between.
