After entering the product key, once the activation method window pops up:
1.Choose activate over the telephone
2.Select your region and a toll-free number will show up which is an automatic bot
system
3.Provide the bot your Installation ID and it will provide you a Confirmation ID
4.Enter that and your Office will be activated

After downloading and installing the setup file:
1.Open any app (eg: Word)
2.Click on the Account tab on the left bottom side of the app
3.Click on "Change License" or "Activate product" if you already entered the
license
4.Click on "Use a different account"
5.Select "Enter a product key instead"
6.Enter your license
7.Select activate over the telephone
8.Select your region and a toll-free number will show up which is an automatic bot
system
9.Provide the bot your Installation ID and it will provide you a Confirmation ID
10.Enter that and your MS Office will be activated
During the Phone Activation process when they ask you the question "how many
devices the license is being used on" you have to answer it with "0" and then they
will provide you the Confirmation ID for activation.
In case you need our help with obtaining the Confirmation ID then you can send us a
screenshot of your Installation ID and we can contact them on your behalf.
If you are facing any problem with downloading/installing the full .img setup file
then you can use their online installer. The online installer normally fixes all
kinds of download/installation issues. :)

automatic bot system. If you are facing a problem contacting them then please send
us a screenshot of your Installation ID and will contact them on your behalf to
obtain the Confirmation. :)
