Apt. 1 Cincinnati, OH 45229 Date of Accident: June 1, 2024 Dear Mr. Emery: We have completed the investigation on your vehicle damage claim arising from an incident which occurred on Glen Lyon Ave. On this date and time, the Police Officer was operating in a Call for Service duty. We are sensitive to your loss; however, pursuant to Section 2744.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, the City of Cincinnati is immune from liability for damages of this nature which are caused while a Police Officer is on a Call for Service, absent of any willful or wanton misconduct. ‘Therefore, based upon the above facts, we must deny your claim.
