Fund for Syndicators, Sponsors, Developers
Sponsor Presentation Procedure
1. We meet at 9 AM PST/Noon EST every Friday. 10 minutes for member introductions and
then the Sponsor team presents for 30-40 minutes and then Q&A for 20 minutes.
2. After that the Sponsor exits the Zoom meeting and then the fund managers review the
pros and cons of the investment. If a minimum of 4 fund managers are interested in the
opportunity, then we let the Sponsor know that we will proceed with underwriting and due
diligence in a more formal manner. If at that time, if you happen to have a deal room then you
can share the deal room with us. If not, then we'll create a shared Google Drive where you
can post the documents.
3. A set of fund managers volunteer to perform due diligence along with the Fund Managers
that are interested in raising the capital and investing. An Underwriting / Due Diligence team
lead is assigned and to keep the communications streamlined, this person coordinates all
communications with the Sponsor and the DD team.
4. Depending on the timeline we try to get back to the Sponsor as quickly as possible with
the soft commits and questions.
5. Here are the items that are critical to us: (i) The investment itself, (ii) The operators
experience, (iii) Upside in the investment, (iv) any accommodation for Fund Managers (Class
of Shares available to our Fund Managers).
6. Costs: There are three options to present at our Friday Fund Managers meeting.
• Regular Presentation $500: up to 30 minutes of presentation and 20 minutes of Q&A.
There could be other Sponsors that present that day.
• Premium Presentation $750: Exclusive Featured Presentation. Up to 40 minutes of
presentation and 20 Minutes of Q&A. You will be the only Sponsor to present that day.
• Premium + Education Presentation $1,000: This is ideal for Syndicators that want to gain
familiarity with our community. Two opportunities to present. (i) Educational content and
(ii) Live Deal Presentation.
• Service Provider Presentation $1,000: Any service provider that is looking to reach our
highly valuable
