 Resume/ CV/ Bio data of the candidate. (Self-attested)
• Aadhar Card. (Self-attested)
• Pan Card. (Self-attested)
• 2 Passport Size photographs. (Self-attested)
• Fresh Police Verification Report (PVR). (Self-attested)
• 10th 12th Marksheet and Other Graduation
• Bank Passbook photo and Blank Cheque
• DRA Certificate

Rules for FOS

 Attendance Time – 10am to 10:15am


 Late should be Count after 10:15 am only 1 late are allowed in the month
 Half day will count after 12:30 pm only 1 half day allowed in the month
 1 Leaves is allowed in the month
 After 3 Late 1 leave will count
 After 2 Half Day 1 leave will count
 After 3 late, 2 Half Day, 1 day salary will be deducted.
 If anybody want to quit the organization will inform before 15 days.
 If anybody want to switch the organization without informing will not eligible for
Incentive& Rewards and Salary for current running month.
 Per day 4 Visit is compulsory for your attendance.
