-Ms PowerPoint is a presentation software used for creating visual aids such as slideshows,
video presentations, and animations.

- There are several versions of Ms PowerPoint e.g. 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 e.t.c.

To start Microsoft PowerPoint 2007

Follow these Simple Steps:

1. Click on the Start button on your Windows taskbar.

2. Choose All Programs from the Start menu.

3. Look for Microsoft Office in the list of programs and select it.

4. In the dropdown list, find Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and click on it to launch the
application.

-Alternatively, you can open PowerPoint 2007 by directly double-clicking on its shortcut icon
on your desktop or by typing "PowerPoint" in the Start menu search bar and then clicking on
the PowerPoint 2007 option that appears.

In Microsoft PowerPoint 2007, there are various types of slide layouts that you can
choose from, including:

1. Title slide

2. Title and content slide

3. Two content slide

4. Comparison slide

5. Title only slide

6. Blank slide

7. Content with caption slide

8. Picture with caption slide

9. Section header slide

10. Two content with caption slide

11. Title and vertical text slide


-You can access these slide layouts by selecting "New Slide" on the Home tab and choosing
the layout you want from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: Other versions of Ms PowerPoint will have:

1. Title slide - contains the title of the presentation and often includes the presenter's name,

date, and logo.

2. Title and content slide - has a title at the top and space for content below it. It's commonly

used for bullet-point lists, charts, and images.

3. Section header slide - used to introduce major sections of the presentation.

4. Two column slide - divided into two columns for easy comparison of two sets of
information.

5. Picture with caption slide - used to display a single image with a caption or description.

6. Blank slide - contains no pre-existing content and allows the presenter to add custom
content.

7. Comparison slide - used to compare and contrast two or more items or ideas.

8. Chart slide - used specifically for displaying charts and graphs.

9. SmartArt slide - used to display diagrams, organizational charts, and other visual
representations.

10. Ending slide - used to signify the end of the presentation, often with a call to action or
contact information.
