INTRODUCTION:-
The company M/s. DARSHAN ENTERPRISES is a Sole Proprietorship
company which will be starting its production activity within 1 year from the date of
receipt of Possession of the Plot at M.I.D.C. BARSHI Industrial Area, DIST.
SOLAPUR. This company is holding valid Udyog Aadhar Registration for
manufacturing following products i.e.

i) POULTRY FEED
ii) CATTLE FEED
iii) ANIMAL NUTRITION PRODUCTS
iv) MINERALS , VITAMINS PREMIXES
v) LIQUID DOSAGE
These items are 100% import substitute Feed required by the FEED Industries.

SCOPE:-
In this direction proposed project has a bright scope. The Proprietor of the
proposed project, Mr. Dnyaneshwar Sarade has decided to form Proposed Proprietary
Firm. A part of the production will be used for captive consumption.
Mr. Dnyaneshwar Sarade is a well educated person and has a long technical and
Managerial experience with wide contacts and resources. He is himself in this line for
last 13 years and has rich experience in this field and therefore confident that the
proposed Project shall succeed beyond his expectations. His motto is products made by
him should be available in all over Indian and GOBALIY also it will available in
Government ANIMAL Hospital and Local Trusts.

Formulation units. On account of the fact that there is an unexplored vast market still

LOCATION:-
It is proposed to set up a Unit of Poultry feed / Cattle feed formulation in the
M.I.D.C. area of. BARSHI Industrial Area, Dist-SOLAPUR An application is being
submitted for Allotment of plot admeasuring to 1800 square meters. The factory shed
will be adequate to carry on the proposed manufacturing activity. The said location is
ideal and has got all the infrastructural facilities such as power, water, transport and
Communication. Consumer units are also located in the nearby localities of Pune ,
Solapur , Kolhapur and having exciting exporting market ….

COST OF FIXED ASSETS:-


Various aspect of cost of the project consisting land, building, plant and
machinery and other experience are tentatively estimated on the following pages.
a) LAND:-
Land requirement of this project is about 1800 square meters. The maximum
Investment in land will be about Rs. 19,92,600 / (Rate of premium Rs.1107/- per Sq.
Mtrs.)

b) BUILDING:-
The proposed building on the plot shall be constructed in various phases. The
various aspects of land utilization of the proposed plot is shown in the Annexure-I
enclosed to this report. Only about 720 square meters on the Ground Level will be
constructed in various phases. Further area will be constructed as per the schedule
shown in the Annexure-III enclosed to this chapter. The first phase construction
would tentatively consists of about 720 square meters of North light shed with A.C.
Sheet roofing shown in Annexure-II.

MARKET POTENTIAL:
There is a very large established demand of these poultry feed and cattle feed in
the market. These items are freely available in the market in crude form but quality
Conscious people always ask for a purer form of these products. When they do not get
the material as per their own choice they may go for a crude / commercial variety of
these items.
We propose to go for purer varieties which will attract a good market from
reputed consumers.

USE OF WATER AND METHOD OF EFFLUENT


DISPOSAL:-
Proposed unit at BARSHI Industrial Area, will be FEED MFG unit having
no harmful effluent. The maximum water requirement will be within the range of
1000 liters per day. The details of water requirement for different purpose are as

The potential for Export market from Mumbai is more convenient and fast
which will boost our export market by saving communication gap.
