KALASHREE 2024-25

Note:- Participants should report to the judges 15 minutes before the event

Event will be cancelled if participants are less than 6

FINE ARTS RULES & REGULATIONS (Incharge: Dr. B.D Ambhore)

1. POSTER MAKING
1. Choose any one topic for the poster:
i. India on Moon, ii. Environment Protection,
iii. Addiction of mobile phones.

2. Reference of any art books, mobiles etc while.


preparing the art work is not allowed.

3. The students should use A2 size white paper for making the poster.

4. Materials required for poster making have to be brought by the participant.

5. Students should complete their art work within the time allocated to them.
6. Time Limit: 2 hours
2. BEST OUT OF WASTE

1. Clean and neat materials should be used by participant.

2. Time limit: 1 hour


3. TATTOO MAKING

1) The participants have to bring their own colours, pens, brushes and other useful
materials.
2) The tattoo should be made only on hands.
3) The size of the tattoo should be maximum 3 inches,
4) The design of the tattoo should be meaningful related to Theme.
5) Only One tattoo design is allowed.
6) Time limit: 1 hour
4. RANGOLI

1. The Rangoli should be related to the Theme.


2. Reference of any art books, mobiles etc while preparing the art work is not
allowed.
3. The participant should fit the Rangoli in provided space measuring 2 feet 2 feet
4. Materials required for Rangoli have to be brought by the participants.
5. Time limit: 2 hours
5. NAIL ART
1) The participants have to bring their own nail paints, glitters, brushes, nail art kit
and other
useful materials for Nail Art.
2) The art should look evenly balanced on each nail.
3) The combination of colors chosen should complement the nail art design.
4) Mobile phones cannot be used during the competition for any reference.
5) Time limit: 1 hour
6. MEHENDI

1. Mehendi has to be drawn only on the palms, forearms & fingers.


2. Reference of any art books, mobiles etc while preparing the mehendi is not
allowed.
3. Materials required for mehendi have to be brought by the participants.
4. Time limit: 2 hours

LITERARY ARTS RULES & REGULATIONS (Incharge:Mr.Kunal Patil)

(In three languages English, Hindi, Marathi)

1. POETRY RECITATION
1. Poetry Selection of participant's choice related to Theme.
2. Recitation Time: three minutes
2. POETRY WRITING
1. It should be of your own composition
2. Poem to be written on the spot on the day of the event related to the Theme.
3. Writing Time: 1 hour
3. ESSAY

1. Not more than 300 words


2. Judges decision is final
3. Essay to be written on the spot on the day of the event.
A. English Topic - (any one)
1) The Importance of the National Education Policy-2020 and its Effects/Outcomes
2) Noise pollution and its effects
3) Importance of Trees in Indian Culture
B. Marathi Topic - (any one)
1) राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरिाचे महत्त्व व पररिाम (NEP 2020)
2) ध्वनि प्रदूषि आणि त्याचे पररिाम
3) भारतीय संस्कृनत मध्ये वृक्षांचे स्थाि
C. Hindi Topic (any one)
1) राष्ट्रीय शशक्षा िीनत का महत्व व पररिाम (NEP 2020)
2) ध्वनि प्रदूषि और उसके पररिाम
3) भारतीय संस्कृनत मे वृक्षो का स्थाि

4. ELOCUTION
1. Not more than five minutes
2. Judges decision is final
A. English Topic - (any one)
1) Technology and us
2) Environment and the people
3) The importance of cleanliness
B. Marathi Topic - (any one)
1) तंत्रज्ञाि आणि आम्ही
2) पयाावरि आणि आम्ही
3) स्वच्छतेचे महत्व
C. Hindi Topic (any one)
1) तकिीकी और हम
2) पयाावरि और हम
3) स्वच्छता का महत्व

PERFORMING ARTS RULES & REGULATIONS (Incharge: Mrs. Savita Dhaije)

All events are solo events except Street play

1. DANCE

1. 2min per participant will be given.


2. Song to be brought by participant in MP3 format in mobile/pendrive.
3. Costume/makeup will have to be arranged by participant only. [decent costume is
allowed as per the decision by judges).

2. MONOACTING

1. 4min per participant will be given.

3. SINGING
1. 3 min per participant will be given.

4. INSTRUMENTAL

1. 10 min [with setup) will be given for each participant.


2. Instrument to be brought by the participants.

5. STANDUP COMEDY

1. 5 min per participant will be given.

FASHION SHOW & Mr/Ms KALASHREE RULES & REGULATIONS (Incharge: Mr. Harshad
Janjarkiya)

1. In first round 2 Students have to walk on ramp & intro himself/herself.

2. In 2nd round, after shortlist 5, each girl & boy will walk again for Question and
Answer(Q&A) round

3. Fashion show based on the following criteria

1.dress 2.walk 3.confidence 4.expression 5.Q&A(10 marks each).

4. Students are required to wear decent clothes & any type of vulgarity will lead to
disqualification.

5. Extra points will be given if the student who have participated in other events of
Kalashree.

6. One boy & one girl will be declared as Mr and Ms KALASHREE respectively.
