A. MINUTES OF MEETING

On February 21, 2024, a meeting was convened for the Third Quarter of the school year 2024–
2025. The session commenced with a prayer, followed by a discussion concerning the attendance and
behavior of the pupils and their progress throughout the quarter. Additionally, topics such as the
Grading System, BSP/GSP Registration, and upcoming school activities were addressed. The meeting
concluded with the Classroom Awarding ceremony, where pupils were recognized for their diligence and
hardworking attitude towards their studies. Subsequently, the viewing of the report cards commenced.
