A-type

Styling strategy:
The key purpose of styling your figure type is
to balance up horizontal proportions - narrow
shoulders and heavier bottom. Elongate the
legs and narrow the hips by wearing darker
muted colours in the bottoms, accentuate the
waistline and add volume on top by wearing
volume-enhancing sleeves and details.
Always accentuate your assets - areas you
feel confident about.

Figure assets:

Narrow shoulders
Very defined waistline
Feminine curves
Cleavage and collarbones
Narrow wrists

Areas to conceal:

Unbalanced proportions - smaller

top, larger bottom (difficult to find
the right size, especially for
dresses)
Heavier hips and legs
Often large calves

I started my journey as a personal stylist right after getting my first baby
12 years ago...

Back then my wardrobe was looking more like an outlet of all the brand
samples I had received during my career as a fashion buyer. I felt
extremely lost and insecure, I didn't know what to do, or how to find
myself with a baby in my arms, but I definitely wanted to pursue my
career in fashion, so I decided to sign up for the Personal Styling
course.

I remember my first day so well! I arrived pretty sure there was not much
new I can learn after working in the fashion industry for years and guess
what! I received the most honest and eye-opening feedback from my
teacher about my own style. She told me that it was next to impossible to
harm my appearance more than I already had done by choosing the
wrong hair colour and haircut and the most unflattering silhouette and
shoes for my figure and scales. Pretty hush, he?

This is when I decided to become a Personal Stylist to be able to

help other women to bring their best and most awesome version of
themselves out.

But of course, before I could become one, I had to do a lot of work on

myself… so I started my own style transformation...
