ABOUT SRM
SRM Institute of Science and Technology is one of the top-ranking, Universities and most
premier engineering destinations in India. It was established in 1985 by the Founder
Chancellor Dr. T.R. Paarivendhar. SRM IST is functioning in four campuses with over 50,000
students and 3,020 faculty members. SRM IST overs a wide range of undergraduate,

cap as it prides over being awarded the highest grade for three consecutive cycles dating back
to 2013.
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Computational Intelligence, a pioneering division of the School of
Computing, offers cutting-edge B.Tech programs in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science
and Engineering with specializations in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and
Software Engineering, along with Integrated M.Tech programs in Artificial Intelligence and
Cognitive Computing. With a team of distinguished faculty and state-of-the-art computing
facilities, CINTEL provides a dynamic learning environment that fosters innovation, research,
and hands-on expertise. Its industry-driven curriculum follows a structured approach—acquire,
analyze, design, and implement—ensuring students gain real-world experience through
capstone projects and emerging technologies. By cultivating a culture of creativity, critical
thinking, and entrepreneurship, CINTEL empowers students to become industry-ready
