connection.

4. To represent, receive/claim any documents from Pag-IBIG Fund particularly the


Owner’s Duplicate Certificate of Title and the Cancellation of Mortgage upon
full payment of the said property covered by Transfer/Condominium Certificate
of Title No. ___________;

5. To make, sign and execute, for and in my/our behalf, any documents which may
be necessary for the release of the Certificate of Title;

6. To receive the check due me/us from Pag-IBIG Fund, representing refund by
reason of full payment; and

7. To represent and transact official business with the Office of the Registry of Deeds,
Assessor’s Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue and other agencies in connection
with the cancellation of mortgage and transfer of Title.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said Attorney-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or
convenient, in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as
I/We might could do, if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING
AND CONFIRMING all that my/our said Attorneyin-Fact may also do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
