OPTIBENT 6027 is natural untreated phylosilicate suitable to adjust the rheological properties of dry mix mortars,
particularly cementitious tile adhesives according to C1-standard and other economic dry mix mortar applications.
Recommended Use
Improvement of workability properties, sag control and open time.
· Thin Layer Mortars
· CTA (Cement Tile Adhesive – C1 Class)
· Low cost emulsion and dry mix mortar applications

Bulk Density (g/l): approx. 550-650
Sieve Residue (45 µm): max. 5 %
Moisture Content: max. 14 %
Recommended Levels
0.2 %-0.5 % (based upon total formulation weight)
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined
through a series of laboratory tests.
Storage and Transportation
Two years if stored dry in unopened, original packaging at temperatures between 0 °C and 30 °C.
