CIRCULAR

It is hereby circulated for the information of all concerned that the


Competent Authority has been pleased to modify Circular dated 29.10.2018
existing ‘Proforma for First Listing’ by expanding in Col. No. 7 , ‘f’ to ‘h’ [(f)
Whether any earlier case between the same parties is filed, (g) Particulars
of the FIR and Case, (h) Whether any bail application was preferred
earlier and decision thereupon] and by adding a new Column as Col. No. 12
read [Whether there was / is litigation on the same point of law, if yes,
details thereof]. The modified Proforma, marked as Annexure ‘Y’, shall be
filled-in mandatorily.

The modified Listing Proforma for First Listing (Annexure ‘Y’) which
shall come into force with immediate effect, is brought to the notice of all
concerned for information / compliance.
