How to conduct Mantra Therapy
• 40 minutes everyday
• 108 chant everyday
• Minimum 40 day practice
• For deep seated problems , 120 days is suggested.
• Sadhya Kaal practice is recommended.
• Practice can further be joined with gatis.
• Practice requires faith, jaap, sadhna, hard work,
• Experience and desire vibrations and sensations during practice.
Recitation of mantra with a prescribed number of times at
different timings give desired results.
