MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Day-to-day manage of the site, supervising and monitoring the site foreman/technicians.
 Reported to Project Engineer throughout the project status to achieve the project milestone.
 Follow up with Engineer and check completion work and timely work raise inspection and
coordinate with the consultant for approval.
 Attends progress meetings and prepares project progress reports.
 Coordinating between MEP and Civil Drawings at the site.
 To supervise, monitor and control daily work and sub-contractors at the site.
 To prepare and summit daily report & record daily activities to Engineer.
 Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing
requirements.
 Provide material inspection, work completion inspection approval & all necessary support for
payment
 Checking the motor for plastering, blocks, checking the blockwork sand plastering to the
pump.
 Manage purchase equipment/material for projects.
