System Setup Guide
1. Introduction
Before starting the exercise work in your SAP Learning System Access training environment,
you will need to prepare yourself based on the SAP Learning System Access General User
Guide and this course relevant Setup Guide. This document provides all additional training
system setup information that you need to successfully use your SAP Learning System
Access training environment for the booked course.

5. Logon Information to Access SAP Training Systems
SAP Learning Hub training courses offer an SAP Learning System Access training system to
accompany course exercises. To log on to this training system, please follow the steps
explained below.

Off-cycle Payroll Error - Exercise 13
When running off-cycle payroll you may receive a technical error. If you receive this error you
can use the reportRPU46CX_CENTRAL_PERSON_ONLINE to update the table correctly for
the employee, and afterwards the Off-cycle request can be saved successfully.
Error in Posting Simulation (Exercise 9 + 19)
If you receive an error for process step “Posting Simulation”, you can by-pass this error by
clicking on the “confirm” button to move to the next step.
This has no impact on other exercises.

the system as to not cause potential system inconsistencies and failure.

1. There is a fully pre-configured payroll area ZS in this class for Group #30. There are 8
employees that have been hired and assigned to the payroll area ZS assigned in 2024 year
in the training system.
2. The following PCC Objects were created and configured for other Countries:

Countries. Both instructors and participants may utilize any of these KPIs for the Analytics
configuration. The IDs and names of these KPIs begin with the prefix Z30*.

6. Unit 2 Lesson 1 Exercise 2.
The PCC Fiori Launchpad tiles display the word "Error" at the bottom of the tile because
they are designed for analytics such as the number of active processes and PCC objects,

which are specific to S/4 and not ECC. Since the training system is ECC 608, it returns an
error even though the tiles otherwise function correctly.
7. The remaining processes with the Z30 HRH65* prefix can be used for demonstration
purposes if the instructor does not have enough time to configure his own processes.

Run/ IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP transaction via SE93.
1. Execute transaction se93.
2. Enter /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP in the transaction name field.
3. Choose Test in the upper left corner of the transaction toolbar.
4. Activate checkbox Cleanup Cash for all Models.
5. Run Cleanup of Model Cash by choosing Execute (clock icon) in the upper left corner of the
transaction screen.
If the validation rules trigger alerts for the Team Monitoring Payroll Process but not for the
Productive Process, ensure that Declustering Settings for CU is turned on.

Create New Off-Cycle Correction Run - Technical Error in Check Request
1. When searching for an employee you may need to use the employee first name or last
name including case sensitivity instead of the employee personnel number to locate the
employee .

2. If not seeing search results you can check a setting that is used by the off-cycle program
to determine if it should should use on-premise PERNR or if it should use SuccessFactors
User ID. This setting should be set to Deactivated.
