1. Please see to it that this rider is given to all the necessary technicians,
engineers and to all it matters to. This rider should be given to
everybody in its totality.
2. Any failure to comply with the requirements of this rider will result
in unnecessary delays or complications and the losses incurred hence
will be the sole liability of the promoter.
3. Please note that a separate list is provided here for musical
instruments. These are very essential lists and are to be followed in
totality. Any changes made in this list without the knowledge of the
director or the technical team will result in unnecessary delay, as the
show will only be staged if the entire list is completely met with.
4. We require3 hours for sound check after the equipment on stage has
been set up & wired per the rider.
Sound Check
A. The sound company will provide at least two (2) qualified engineers in
all audio set-ups and deal with all support acts.
B. The sound, stage and lighting systems must be fully operational prior to
the band's load-in time. All outboard gear, monitor mixes, and AC circuits must
also be in place. A stage plot is provided for this purpose, and it is the
responsibility of the sound company to obtain these documents from the buyer.
C. Please follow the stage plot and the above list to rig up the stage, all aux
are mentioned and must be patched in the same manner.
D. Any changes to this setup will be directed by the production or the band’s
stage manager so as to facilitate a smooth transition between band and any
other acts. This will provide the band and venue with the smoothest transition.
E. The band will require a minimum of 3 hours on-stage sound check, post
system setup/patching and tuning.
F. During soundcheck, only the band and authorized personnel are to be
allowed inside the venue. The stage will not be struck or moved after sound
check except under the direction of the production or stage manager.
FOH / MONITORS SYSTEMS
The FOH speaker system must be rigged to fly. FOH CONSOLE must be
slightly at the center of P.A. Not more than 60 feet from the CENTER of the
stage.

PRODUCTION CONTROL:
The production manager and/or FOH engineer or Bands representative shall
maintain complete and total control over all aspects of the audio and lighting
systems and their usage. Band and their representatives assume no
responsibility for damages to equipment or penalties incurred for violations of
applicable ordinances regarding sound or noise limitations. All personnel will
work under the direct control of the band’s representative.
