Subject: Memorandum of Company Policy- Break Time

Dear Employees,

This is to announce to all the employees that our company “ATHENA HEALTH MEDICAL
AND DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC” has decided to introduce a new policy for lunch break and this
will be effective from 16 November 2023, Thursday.

1. The official working hours shall be from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm,
Mondays to Saturdays, with lunch break from 11:00 am and 12:00 nn. All AHMDC
employees are required to render at least forty (40) hours of work in a week from
Monday to Saturday.
2. Employees who report after 7:00 am/ 10:00 am shall be considered tardy and shall not be
allowed to offset such tardiness by rendering extra time. Employees who leave before
4:00 pm/7:00 pm shall be considered on undertime.
3. Employees are entitled to a lunch break not exceeding one (1) hour, 11:00 am to 11:30
am and 12:00 nn to 12:30 pm.

As a part of the Company Policy, everyone at the company must accept this new policy and
follow the rule and regulations. We hope that this amendment will make a change in our
company and be good for the company’s growth.
