The petitioner/Complainant most respectfully submit as follows:

1. That the petitioner / Complainant is in the above case and the case stands

posted today.

2. That the petitioner/Complainant is having ill health and not feeling well due

to fever. Due to above said reason the Petitioner/Complainant could not

attend today before this Hon’ble Court.

3. That the non appearance of the Petitioner/Complainant is neither intentional

nor wanton, but purely due to above said reason only.

Hence, it is prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispense

with the personal attendance of the Petitioner/Complainant today in the

interest of Justice.
