I. Title of the Activity
National Women’s Month Celebration 2025
II. Location/Date
The Gender and Development (GAD) Coordinator of Name of School organized
the Schoool-Based National Women’s Month Celebration 2025 for the whole month of
March.
III. Summary/Narrative Report
National Women’s Month Celebration is an annual observance to celebrating the
remarkable achievements, contributions, and resilience of women across the globe.
This celebration is anchored on Republic Act No. 6949 which declares March of every
year as National Women’s Month in the Philippines. It is a time to honor women’s
significant contributions to the nation’s history, culture, politics, and economy. The
law also encourages the participation of all government and private sectors in
activities and programs that highlight women’s achievements.
This year’s theme: "Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong
Pilipinas." Calls for the recognition of women in all sectors of society and
emphasizes the transformative power of collective action. It highlights the
importance of creating an environment where women’s voices, talents, and
contributions are fully acknowledged and celebrated. In a school setting, this
celebration becomes an opportunity to inspire young minds to respect gender
diversity and to recognize the need for an inclusive future where women’s rights
and roles are fully integrated into every aspect of society.
The celebration began with the launching of the National Women’s Month on
March 3, 2025 after the Flag raising ceremony. The GAD Coordinator, Name initiates
the opening of the National Women’s Month 2025, the whole month activities were
announced. The launch was concluded through a message from the school head,
Name.
After the launching of the National Women’s Month 2025, several activities were
conducted and actively participated by the teachers and learners. The first activity
was the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Seminar on March 14, 2025.
The resource speaker Name demonstrates competence and expertise on Gender
Equality and Women’s Empowerment. Learners were actively engaged in the
seminar. Learners delivered a clear argument during the Essay Writing Contest on
March 21, 2025 based on this year’s theme. The third activity was the Poster Making
Contest where the participants showcase their exceptional skills and creativity in
crafting their best poster
The highlight of the whole month’s activity is the Culmination Program on
March 28, 2025. The Program started with the Women’s Month March/Parade
participated by the school administrators, faculty and staff and learners. The most
anticipated activity was the Women’s Model Kalokalike where contestants imitate
the face, dress, and gesture of their most influential women of this generation. After
the whole month’s activities, a message of gratitude was given by the GAD

Throughout National Women’s Month Celebration 2025, variety of activities were
organized to engage learners in promoting Equality and Women’s Empowerment.
The celebration received positive feedback from participants, teachers, and parents.
Learners were motivated and developed sense of pride. Teachers observed that
learners showed their greater engagement with the various activites. The organizers
are still open for additional activities for future celebrations.
IV. Actual Result/Outcome
The Name of School thru the leadership and management of Name of School
Head, School head, and the concerted efforts of all the stakeholders, teachers,
advisers, parents, and learners conducted a successful celebration of the National
Women’s Month 2025.
V. Problems Encountered
The activity did not start at the scheduled time.
Some activities rescheduled due to weather disturbances.
Lacking Materials for the activities.
VI. Lesson Learned
The school shall continue to hold the said activity because of a good
impression and impact from the learners.

Materials must be provided ahead of time.
VII. Sustainability/Replication
The GAD Coordinator, Juan Dela Cruz coordinator shall continue to hold similar
activity in the coming years and will take into considerations all the necessary
things that need to be done for a more successful and productive celebration. The
school administration believes that any school endeavor can be achieved through
constant partnership between the school and the parents and with the full support
of other stakeholders.
