2. The due date for the upcoming EMI on this loan is 05-Oct-2024 which is likely to get presented to your bankers. (You
are advised to instruct your bankers to mark a stop payment on the upcoming repayment to avoid any excess
payment. In case the EMI gets debited upon presentation, the excess amount thereof will be refunded.)
3. Kindly tender the payment by way of cheque/DD favoring TATA CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED .
4. Full and final settlement of the loan will be subject to realization of the cheque/DD and payment of all charges accrued
as on the date of foreclosure.
5. Original Property Documents will be released within 14 working days from the date of account closure. We request all
the property owners or power of attorney holder of the property owner (in case the property owner is a corporate entity
or as may be applicable on a case-to-case basis) to visit the branch with the original KYC document to collect the
same.
6. Please note that this letter is valid for 15 working days from the date mentioned on the letter.
7. All Post Dated/Security Cheques not presented till date of closure are being retained at our end. These will be marked
as “CANCELLED” by a rubber stamp across the face of each instrument & will be destroyed after 30 days from the
date of closure. In case you would like the cancelled instruments to be returned, kindly write to us at
[email protected] within 21 days from the date foreclosure payment is made.
8. Please note that property documents will be handed over post closure of all the linked loan contracts (if any) availed
from Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited at its sole discretion may retain the
original property documents offered as security under the Loan until all the linked contracts/any other loan with Tata
Capital Housing Finance Limited is/are fully repaid and closed or in terms of the provisions of the loan agreement.
9. Kindly tender the payment towards foreclosure of loan contract by way of cheque/Demand Draft favoring TATA
CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED
