About the Service
This service aims to implement the procedures for verifying the Local Content Certificate or
the Target Percentage Document by searching the company’s commercial registration number
and the Local Content Certificate Number or the Target Percentage Document according to the
type of required verification.
As the user, you will be able to verify the Local Content Certificate or the Target Percentage
Document without the need to log in, as the Local Content and Government Procurement
Authority provides this service to all the users, in addition by logging in to the access to the
service.

- The user can access the service prior to logging in through

- The user can log in using the Nafath access service through

Landing Page
- The landing page will be displayed that contains the electronic services provided by the
Local Content and Government Procurement Authority.
- From the landing page, click on the icon of the Verifying the Local Content
Certificate or the Target Percentage Document service.

- The system will display the service card so you can check the service-related
information and requirements and navigate to the service application forms.

Verifying the Local Content Certificate
Service Form
- From the landing page or through the direct weblink of the service, click on
Verifying the Local Content Certificate or the Target Percentage Document
icon service and the system will display the main screen of the service as follows:
- From the form above, you can start by choosing the Verification Type from the
corresponding dropdown list to be “Local Content Certificate”.
- Upon selecting that verification type, the system will display the related searching
fields such as the Local Content Certificate Number and the Commercial

Registration Number so you can enter the correct information as required for the
verification.
- Upon filling in the search fields, you can click on the Search button.

- The system will display a table that shows all the information of the required Local
Content Certificate Information, such as:
o Certificate Number
o Certificate Name
o Commercial Registration Number
o Certificate Fiscal Year
o Certificate Validity
o Company Name
o Local Content Score %
o Export Revenue Score
- You can view the issued certificate when you click on the View button shown in the
Options menu.
- In case you want to cancel and return to the main services screen, you can click on the
Cancel button.

Verifying the Target Percentage Document
Service Form
- From the landing page, click on Verifying the Local Content Certificate or the
Target Percentage Document icon service and the system will display the main
screen of the service as follows:
- From the form above, you can start by choosing the Verification Type from the
corresponding dropdown list to be “Target Percentage Document”.

- Upon selecting that verification type, the system will display the related searching
fields such as the Target Percentage Document Number and the Commercial
Registration Number so you can enter the correct information as required for the
verification.
- Upon filling in the search fields, you can click on the Search button.

- The system will display a table that shows all the information of the required
Target Percentage Document Information, such as:
o Document Number
o Commercial Registration Number
o Company Name
o Local Content Score %
- You can view the issued document when you click on the View button shown in the
Options menu.
- In case you want to cancel and return to the main services screen, you can click on the
Cancel button.

- To log out of the portal, you can click on the icon of your user profile as shown
below.
- Upon clicking on the icon, the list below will be expanded showing the Logout action
button.
- You can click on the Logout button to complete that action.
