Fried Noodle Recipe
Material:
120 g egg noodles, boil then set aside
100 g bean sprouts, rinse with hot water and drain
200 g mustard greens, roughly chopped then soaked and drained
2 free range chicken eggs, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 shallots, thinly sliced
2 cayenne peppers, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper powder
½ tsp granulated sugar
30 ml Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Complement:
Cucumber, sliced crosswise
Fried shallots
Cayenne pepper, sliced
How to make:
1. Saute sliced shallots, garlic and chilies until fragrant.
2. Add the beaten egg and mix well in the pan.
3. Add the noodles, bean sprouts, and mustard greens that have been boiled and
drained. Stir again slowly.
4. Add sugar, salt, pepper and Bango Sweet Soy Sauce .
5. Once cooked and well mixed, remove and serve with accompaniments.
