as we prepare to end our day let's turn

to the powerful promises found in the

Psalms and invite God to manifest his

peace comfort and blessings over our

lives the Psalms are filled with words

that remind us of God's faithfulness and

his desire to provide rest for his

children this is a moment to surrender

all all worries and burdens trusting in

his divine plan to bring goodness into

our lives through these prayers we call

upon the Lord to manifest his presence

in our hearts guiding us into restful

sleep surrounded by his love and

protection let us reflect on his word

open our spirits and Trust in the power

of prayer to connect us with his

Abundant Blessings

tonight oh God my soul Longs for you the

Living God when will I stand in your

holy

presence Lord you are always faithful to

those who seek you you draw near to the

hearts that call on you and reveal

yourself to those who ear earnestly

pursue you your promise is clear if your

people called by your name humble

themselves pray seek your face and turn

from their sinful ways you will hear

from Heaven forgive their sins and bring

healing King Jesus hear us as we come

before you in

Repentance humbling ourselves in your

sight your word in

Deuteronomy 4:

29-3 one

declares if you seek the Lord your God

you will find him if you seek him with

all your heart and all your soul when

you are in distress and all these things

have happened you will return to the

Lord your God God and Obey him for the

Lord your God is a merciful god he will

not abandon you destroy you or forget

the Covenant with your

ancestors thank you for this incredible

promise Lord you assure us that when we

turn to you with our whole Hearts you

will be merciful and forgiving you never

abandon us or break your

Covenant I trust in your commands Lord

before I faced Affliction I wandered but

now I obey your word with a steadfast

heart you are good and all that you do

is good teach me your ways

Lord though the arrogance spread lies

about me I remain committed to your

precepts then their hearts are cold and

unfeeling but I find joy and Delight in

your law it was through Affliction that

I came to understand your

decrees your word has become more

precious to me than thousands of pieces

of silver and

gold you crafted me with your hands Lord

and formed me with care grant me the

understanding I need to follow your your

commands may those who honor you find

joy in my testimony for my hope is

firmly rooted in your

word I know Lord that your laws are just

and that even in Affliction you have

been faithful Let Your unfailing Love be

my comfort as you have promised to your

servant Lord I come to you with this

thought in my heart if those painful

moments draw us closer to you isn't that

a good work being done in our

lives Lord how would I ever learn to

pray deeply to trust you fully or to

rely on you completely if life was

always

easy it's through the storms and

struggles that I've clung more tightly

to your word and your

promises and Lord when you bring me

through those trials my faith is always

stronger Jesus I know that pain is a

part of life but I ask that you use it

for good help me to see you more clearly

through the difficulties teach me to

press into your presence to lean on you

with all my heart and to discover new

depth of your love and power that I

wouldn't have known without the

pain today Lord I lift up anyone going

through a tough time for the one who

feels overwhelmed by trials strengthen

them though they may feel pressed on

every side remind them that you will

never let their burdens crush

them Father remind remind us that even

when we feel confused and overwhelmed we

are not driven to

despair in jesus' name though we may

face trials and challenges we trust that

we are never abandoned by you even when

life knocks us down lord we are not

destroyed because you sustain us we know

that if you allow us to face

difficulties you will will also provide

the grace and strength we need to endure

discouraged for you Lord are our Rock

6 be strong and courageous do not fear

Jesus some may look to science intellect

abandon you you may have been betrayed

trust friend you may have been rejected

by someone who you expected to love you

but let me tell you Jesus Christ will

never reject you the Lord knows you he

knows your name he knows the number of

hairs on your head and he cares for you

indeed however this is no excuse to

continue living in sin of course God

this passage of scripture one commentary

reads Paul writes to those who are saved

by faith in Christ their goal was to

live with an eternal perspective rather

than a focus on the rules and

regulations of this world rather than

following a set of rules Christians are

to submit Moment by moment to the

leading of the Holy Spirit Paul then

explains that while Believers are to

focus on Eternal matters Christians are

to set their minds above so to speak

because that is where Christ is Christ

is not on Earth or in the grave he is at

God's right hand I would like to

encourage you to set your minds on

things above not on Earthly things we

are to set our minds and hearts on Godly

things Heavenly things things that

concern the kingdom of God make a

conscious decision to win the Battle of

your mind today don't let negative

thoughts or ungodly thoughts contaminate

you the scripture tells us to guard our

minds because the mind is a doorway and

you are the only one who can determine

what goes in and what stays so immerse

yourself in God's word so that you can

realize who you are in Christ you are

wellable and strong in the Lord

sometimes life can get us sidetracked it

can keep us intensely busy and sometimes

life can result in us becoming

distracted from what should be our

number one priority Jesus Christ I

believe that when Paul encourages us to

set our hearts on things above it means

waking up every day and saying Lord I am

yours be praised today help me to focus

on your word and on your will today so

everlasting the Bible even goes as far

as stating that God is love in fact so

great is the love of God that John

3:16 Says for God so loved the world

that he gave his only begotten son that

whoever believes in him should not

perish but have everlasting life the

love of our allmighty god Jehovah is

characterized by Grace forgiveness and

mercy his Divine love is eternal and

unconditional it's not a love that

requires you to work for it because

Jesus Christ did all the work on the

cross it's not a love that you need to

earn because what Jesus did on the cross

was enough now I say this so that you

may recognize the depth and magnitude of

God's love over your life it's a love

that always protects you a love that

will provide for you and A Love That

Forgives you so I encourage you to

praise the Lord for his

consistency praise him for his steadfast

love so deep is the love of the Lord

that even when we are incapable of

living consistently in a manner that is

pleasing to him he is still loving

Romans 5:8 says but God demonstrates his

own love for us in this while we were

still sinners Christ died for us think

of that while we were sinners Christ

died for us while you and I rejected him

he loved us while you and I turned our

backs on the Lord he loved us in fact

the Bible says in John

15:1

and13 I have told you this so that my

joy may be in you and that your joy may

each other as I have loved you greater

love has no one than this to lay down

one's life for one's friends so dear

listener you may have been abandoned by

someone who you thought loved you but

let me tell you that Jesus Christ will

never abandon you you may have been

betrayed by someone who once said they

loved you but Jesus Christ will never

betray your trust friend you you may

have been rejected by someone who you

expected to love you but let me tell you

Jesus Christ will never reject you the

Lord knows you he knows your name he

knows the number of hairs on your head

and he cares for you now with all that I

have told you I want you to take my

message in the correct context the love

that God has for you is great

indeed however this is no excuse to

continue living in sin of course God

loves you and it's because of this great

love that he wants you to repent God

loves you and it's because of this love

that he wants you to lean on him for the

strength and Grace To Live righteously

heavenly father I come before you with a

where the battle is either won or lost

Satan is aware that if he can influence

influence how you behave and act that's

why the Bible calls us to meditate on

God set your mind on things above not on

things on the earth for you died and

life can result in us becoming

distracted from what should be our

number one priority Jesus Christ I

set our hearts on things above it means

waking up every day and saying Lord I am
