In the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) I executed on _____________ which was


acknowledged before Atty. ________________ under Doc. No. __, Page No. __, Book
No. ___, Series of ______, the Attorney in Fact, _________________ was authorized,
among others, to execute and sign all necessary documents, instruments, requests,
receipts, undertaking and applications to facilitate documentation of sale transaction in
my behalf, a copy is attached as Annex “A”;

In said SPA, the properties involved two (2) contiguous residential lots covered by
TCT Nos. __________ and __________, since it’s the only property descriptions
provided under the bidding documents from _________________;

After obtaining the Certificate of Land Registration and Tax Declaration to the
said properties, the following are hereby described, copies are attached as Annexes “B” –
“B-1” and “C” – “C-1”:
