BARANGAY MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE OPERATION OF “PERYAHAN SA BARANGAY”
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
This AGREEMENT is entered into and executed by and between:
RIDIN DE JESUS IBASAN, the owner of amusement fair “peryahan” business with address at Santo
Domingo, San Manuel, Pangasinan, and hereafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY”;
--and--
The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT of Artacho, Bautista, Pangasinan, a local government unit existing under
the laws of the Philippines herein represented by ROGER C. BRACEROS in his official capacity as Punong
Barangay, and hereafter referred to as “SECOND PARTY”;
WITNESSETH:
That, the first party shall secure their permit to operate at Mayor’s Office and BPLO of this municipality where

this barangay belongs;
That, the second party shall allow the first party to operate the said business starting February, 2025 to April,
2025 once the permit was accomplished by the first party;
That, the first party promised to maintain the cleanliness in their area of operating the said business and
public comfort room they used and follow rules and regulations set by the sanggunian particularly on peace
and order and public safety such as curfew hours, and the like;
That, the second party shall designate duty officers during the operation of the said business every day and
night, while the first party shall provide snacks for the duty officers at night;
That, the first party shall pay their operation charge in cash amounting to One Hundred Thirty Thousand
Pesos (₱130,000.00) in the following term;
a. Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱20,000.00) Initial Payment December 17, 2024

d. Seventy Thousand Pesos (₱70,000.00) Full Payment April 12, 2025

That, the first party shall pay their electric bill, and the water bill if they will use metered water connection;
That, other businesses to enter and operate within the area of amusement fair “peryahan” shall be collected
by the first party;
That, the first party is not obliged to give any amount to the duty officers as payment to their service or duty;
That, if cancellation of this contract set by the first party they shall pay the full payment written in this contract
unless reason brought by any environmental/calamity/pandemic disaster, and the like. Cancellation due to
government order or policy is highly followed and exempted of full payment agreement. If cancellation made,
the initial and succeeding payment paid before and during operation of perya is non-refundable in any
reason.
Both parties agreed.
