Oread Fastener Group : Background

Oread Fastener Group is a manufacturer of high strength connection bolting solution. Capable of manufacture
standard and nonstandard customised parts to suit various application in automotive, construction, oil & gas
and ship building industry.

Established in Year 1983, originated in Herford Germany. The company design and manufacture customised
bolting solution to the European automobile and construction industries.

In Year 1990, Oread Fastener Group was incorporated to venture into international arena.

Replicating the business success in Europe, Oread Fastener Group made its first overseas investment to set up a
fully integrated bolts and nuts manufacturing plant, Changzhou Oread Fasteners Co., Ltd, in Jiangsu Province
China in year 2005.

Our corporate direction "Priority for growing markets" has bring exponential growth for the group and in Year
2007, another fully integrated plant, Huade Holding (Vietnam) Ltd was set up in Haiphong, Vietnam.

In late 2011, recognizing the fact that it had

become a vastly different corporation, Oread
Fastener Group decided to redirect its operation
in Germany and refocus the resources in the 2
manufacturing plants in Asia and developing its
distribution network.

To date, with cold forging and hot forging

facilities, we are able to cater for the
manufacturing of bolts, nuts and washers from
diameter 4mm to diameter 64mm. Deliver up to
2200 metric tons per month of components to our
customers worldwide.

Manufacturing / Quality
Oread Fasteners are manufactured from premium
grade materials providing customers with trouble
free fastening solution. We are committed to
Quality Assurances Systems and employ staff with
extensive manufacturing and industrial knowledge.

Oread purchases its raw material from Mills of

reputable sources. Each test certificate clearly
state the material chemical composite, heat
number, tested mechanical properties and
dimensional measurements. The full traceability of
our system ensure that only the quality products are
deliver to your doorstep.
