Dear Ma'am/Sir,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as hemodialysis staff nurse


at Renal Health Dialysis Care Center effective Feb. 2025.

It has been a privilege to work at RHDCC over the past two years. I have
greatly appreciated the opportunity to work here. This role has allowed me to
develop my skills and make meaningful contributions to patient care. I am
grateful for the support and collaboration of my colleagues and management
during my tenure here.

This decision was not easy, as I have enjoyed my time here and have built
strong relationships with colleagues and patients. However, I have decided to
pursue a new career opportunity.
Thank you once again for the invaluable experiences, opportunities, and
support provided to me during my time at Renal Health Dialysis Care Center
(RHDCC). I wish the organization continued success in the future.
