About the role
This is a full-time role based in Sidoarjo, East Java with PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk'. As
an MT HR & GA, you will play a key strategic role in shaping the human resources and
general affairs functions within this leading manufacturing company. With a focus on
driving operational excellence, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
to deliver a world-class employee experience.
What you'll be doing
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and implement
effective HR strategies
Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive talent management programs,
including recruitment, onboarding, training and development

Oversee general affairs operations, ensuring efficient facilities management and
administrative support
Cultivate a positive, inclusive and engaged company culture
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR best practices
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization
Mentor and develop the HR & GA team, fostering a high-performing and
collaborative environment
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or
other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across
the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree ini Psychology, Law, Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial
environment
Proven working experience in HR Fields.
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent understanding of HR best practices, Indonesian employment law and
general affairs operations
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational
goals
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
