2) They should await for further reposting orders from the Superintending
Engineers concerned and join duty in the new circles immediately after obtaining
proper relief from their present station.
3) They are not eligible for TTA.
4) The receipt of the memo shall be acknowledged.

The transfer orders need not to be served to the officials,
(I)If the individual is involved in D.P/Vigilance Remarks and the
work and conduct are not satisfactory, the transfer order need not be
served tothe individual and to send the remarks in this regard to the
Headquarters.
(II) If the details furnished by the individual in the Request
transfer application is found to be false, the transfer order need not be
served to the individual andand to send the remarks in this regard to
the Headquarters.
It is requested to serve the transfer order to the officials on receipt of the
reposting order from the Superintending Engineer concerned and to report their
date of relief and joining.
The Superintending Engineer concerned.
It is requested to issue necessary reposting orders to the above officials to
the Superintending Engineer concerned with copy to this office.
The Chief Engineers concerned.
