Day wise Itinerary
DAY 01: HARIDWAR - BARKOT (215 KMS. 07 HRS)
Morning upon arrival at Haridwar Railway Station. Meet and drive to Barkot. Later continue drive to Barkot.
On arrival Barkot Check In at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Barkot is an ideal destination to stay for pilgrims of Shri Yamunotri, It is situated 45 Kms before Yamunotri
temple, from where paranomic views of the Bandarpunch Peaks can be seen.
DAY 02: BARKOT - YAMUNOTRI - BARKOT (42 KMS DRIVE / 06 KMS TREK)
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Janki chatti, start trek to Yamunotri 6 kms. You have an option to
either walk or hire Pony or by Doli at your own cost.
After taking bath in Surya Kund (hot spring) visit Yamunotri temple "Darshan" and Pooja of pious
"Yamunaji" at Divya Shila. Return to an overnight stay.
Yamunotri Temple - Situated at 3290 meters above ocean level. The Yamunotri Dham is the first hallowed
destination of the Chardham Yatra. This Dham is committed to Goddess Yamuna, who regarded be as a
daughter of the Sun God, Surya Dev.
According to the mythological stories and convictions, the Yamunotri Dham was an isolation of a sage Asti
Muni. For the duration of his life, the Asti Muni every day showered in both Ganges and Yamuna. Be that as
it may, in his old age he did not have the enough energy to reach Gangotri, yet his great deeds paid off and
a flood of Ganges showed up inverse to Yamunotri for him. This fanciful story adds to the otherworldly

DAY 03: BARKOT - UTTARKASHI (DRIVE 82 KMS, 04 HRS)
Morning leave for Uttarkashi, a drive of 82 Kms. En-route visit Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival Uttarkashi
check in at the hotel evening visit Vishwnath Temple, Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 04: UTTARKASHI - GANGOTRI – UTTARKASHI (100 KMS. PER WAY)
After breakfast, we proceed to Gangotri enroute enjoy picturesque Harsil valley, Bhagirathi River and the
most magnificent view of the Himalayas. Reach at temple Darshan and perform pooja. Thereafter we drive
back to hotel. Return to an overnight stay.
Gangotri - As per The Hindu mythology, Goddess Ganga - the daughter of Lord Brahma, showed herself as a
waterway to acquit the transgressions of King Bhagirath's forerunners, taking after his extreme retribution
of a few centuries, and Lord Shiva got her into his tangled locks to minimize the gigantic effect of her fall.
She came to be called Bhagirathi at her incredible source. Along the right back of Bhagirathi stands the
sanctum of Gangotri devoted to the Goddess. Roosted at a stature of 3042 meters (10,000 ft), it was
developed in the mid 18th century by a Gorkha Commander, Amar Singh Thapa.
DAY 05: UTTARKASHI – PHATA/GUPTKASHI (223 KMS. DRIVE 09 - 10 HRS)
After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Guptkashi reach and check. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
DAY 06: PHATA /GUPTAKASHI – SONPRAYAG - KEDARNATH (27 KMS DRIVE, 19 KMS. TREK)
Morning drive to Sonprayag via Guptkashi on arrival trek start Kedarnath via Gaurikund, Bheembali,
Garuechati, on Arrival Pooja and Darshan, Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
DAY 07: KEDARNATH - PHATA /GUPTAKASHI (19 KMS. TREK DOWN)
Early Morning Pooja and darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, Morning trek down to Sonprayag, to
Guptkashi/ Phata, upon arrival check in at hotel again for overnight stay.
DAY 08: PHATA /GUPTAKASHI – PIPALKOTI / JOSHIMATH (230 KMS 09 HRS.)
After morning breakfast, check out from hotel and drive towards Joshimath and reach and check in the
hotel & stay at night.
DAY 09: JOSHIMATH – BADRINATH - JOSHIMATH / PIPALKOTI (80 KMS 04 HRS.)
Morning visit temple after a holy dip in Taptkund. Proceed through colorful entrance of the temple have
Darshan of Badrivishal along with Ganesh, Kubera, Garuda, Narada, Udhhav, Nar & Narayan. Also see other
small temples inside the temple compound i.e. Laxmimata, NarNarayana, Hanuman, Ghantakarn and
Kaamdhenu. One can get ‘Charnamirt’(abhishekamjal) in side compound. Brahamakapal is significant for
Pinddam Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus), one can perform rite here. Later a visit of Vyasa Gufa, Ganesh Gufa,
Bhimpul, Saraswati river etc, In the evening transfer to Joshimath/ Pipalkoti, Overnight stay.
DAY 10: PIPALKOTI / JOSHIMATH - HARIDWAR (220 KMS 6 HRS)
Morning drive to Haridwar. En-route visits the Confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda River which is called
Devprayag. Here tour ends here with happy memories to be cherished forever.

As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to
provide proper proof of identification upon check in. Valid identifications documents are: Passport
& Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License. All the documents must include a
photograph.
Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided.
Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in
advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.
It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of
allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not
comfortable with stairs.
Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early
check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if
you want complimentary early check in or late check out.
Many hotels charge extra for room heater or wifi. Normal package does not include this so in that
case these charges should be paid at hotels.
If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal
credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the

Decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of
Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel
management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid
directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange
another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take
much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred
directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport,
weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or
roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want
services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly
cooperate for the same.
Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email
conversation before booking)
In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because
some places are having very high charges of parking.
Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination
rates may be change)
The rates are subject to change, depending o on
n the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the
prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates
are confirmed earlier.
We reserve the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is un unavailable.
At many of the tourist destination / hill station some of the road / shopping market / mall road
have “NO ENTRY” for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depend on destination along with time
restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport
with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in
ideal package inclusion.
Some time vehicle le parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the
parking at their own cost.
Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or
which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing,
sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not
inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any
particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform
company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby
sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some
particular place we can adjust.

not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
