LOCAL STAFF AND CREW

Please note that local stage manager shall be on site at our staffs arrive. All essential personnel listed
below must be English speaker.
(1) one local production manager
(1) one local stage manager
(2) two stagehands to help carry Artist’s instruments
(1) one FOH sound engineer
(1) one MON sound engineer We are using venue’s inhouse production and their inhouse
(2) two sound technician team.
We can only have the following:
(1) one backline technician (1) one venue manager
(1) one lighting designer / operator (1) one sound technician
(1) one lighting technician
(1) one lighting technician
(1) one backline manager (this is from a third party vendor)

STAGE
We will be using venues’ inhouse stage, we are not able to build
STAGE DEMENSION customised stage at those venues. Stage sizes to follow.
The size of stage should be at least 12m wide x 8m deep The front of the stage should be clearly
marked with white tape or similar, and a black cloth across the front edge to hide any equipment
under the stage. Please ensure your stage is completely clear on our arrival. If outdoors, it should be
capable to withstand all local weather conditions and cover all technical areas to protect all the
instruments

Some venues might not be able to provide risers - all staging structures
RISER can only be provided by the venues. Details to follow.
In festival situation, the promoter MUST provide (2) two risers. The riser have to be fixed safely and
should be properly secured against vibration of any kind. The dimensions of risers are 2.4m wide x 2.4m
deep x 0.2m high. The riser must be covered with black carpet and black skirt.

TIMING
We require 150 minutes to have sound-check rehearsal thoroughly. This does not include set up
time. Artist crew should have access to stage at least 4 hours before sound-check. In festival situation,
we will require at least 40 minutes change-over. Stagehandover / linecheck: 1500
Soudcheck: 1530
VIP doors: 1800
SFX
SFX to be used during the show must be discussed in advance, and SFX that have not been
mutually confirmed during rehearsal is not allowed to be used in the show.
We don’t plan to use SFX on this tour
MISC
All access to the stage is strictly with the permission of our Production Manager.
Please prepare (6) six Volvic with the label removed and (6) six black towels on the stage before
rehearsal. We will do our best to accommodate Volvic, but
this might not be available across the tour

AUDIO We will be using the venues’ inhouse PA


systems, this is something we can’t change.

PA SYSTEM
The PA system should be a minimum of a 4-way active system capable of providing clear non-
distorted even coverage of sound throughout the audience area at levels up to 110dB A weighted,
30Hz to 18KHz. The PA should be flown whenever possible with front in-fills, subs half flown if possible
and delays if required.
Preferred systems are L-Acoustic K2, D&B GSL. Subs should be controlled by MATRIX on console.

MONITOR
We will feed our monitor signal from FOH. Please make proper patch when we are on sound check.
And you MUST provide all the microphones and cables on channel list.
For the monitoring, you MUST supply :
(4) four stereo W/L IEM : Shure PSM1000 + P10R+ pack (one more spare pack)
(4) four 2-way wedges : L-Acoustics X15 HiQ

MIX POSITION
Our sound will require a FOH mix staging, 3.0m wide x 2.0m deep on the ground level. This mix
position must be located on a flat surface at rear center floor seating section. 30m from the front of
the stage, accessible by operators and if possible not obstructing audience located behind the mix
position.

BACKLINE

STAGE POWER
At stage, we need (3) three power-drops of 220VAC 60Hz German Schuko plug (CEE7/7). Each
power-drop should have at least 6 power outlet and well-grounded. (No universal power outlet is
accepted) If local power is 100V or 110V, the Promoter should provide step-up voltage transformer
with appropriate power consumption.

LIGHTING

We will not be touring with our lighting engineer. We will require skilled English speaking engineer to
operate the lighting system both at sound-check and throughout the show. Please keep the lighting
notes very carefully.
- Please do not mix color in a time.
- Please make the stage black after all song ends.
- Please make the front white is not too bright.

PROMPTOER

The promoter must provide 27” LED screen monitor and a HDMI cable and a table between them.
