Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing company as well as client permit to work system.
Monitoring and participating in daily tool box meetings at work locations.
Conducting HSE audits and inspections in workplaces and in Camps, taking necessary
corrective steps.
Implementing scaffolding safety procedure for general conditions, loading, access and
additional requirements of client on specific cases such safety belts, guard rails, toe
board etc.
Implementing working at height safety procedure.
Implementing deep excavation safety procedures for power plants.
Implementing heavy lifting safety procedures at structural erections and turbine
erection etc…
Providing proper access and egress at work locations.
Controlling heavy vehicle moments and implementing journey management plan at
site.
Conducting mock drills and implementing site emergency response plan.
Preparing project training matrix and implanting.
Participating in weekly CFT audits and weekly review meetings.
Daily safety observations reporting and rectifying.
Coordinating with site HSE managers to implement safety procedures.
