Lesson Objectives
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. Describe the characteristics of a winning and pleasing personality.
2. Explain the impact of self-image on feelings, attitudes, and behaviors.
3. Identify appropriate methods for maintaining physical fitness to promote overall well-being.
4. Analyze the consequences of win-lose and lose-win attitudes in relationships and
demonstrate effective coping strategies for dealing with difficult individuals.

Lesson Structure
Introduction (20 minutes)
