Ranchi, we are relocating from Bhubaneswar, and I am seeking a transfer certificate from
Bhubaneswar Model Pubic School, Takshila (BMPS Takshila), Bhubaneswar.

- Name: Nitya Singh

- Date of Birth: 12 Mar 2017 (DoB Certificate and Adhar Card attached)

- Class: 3

- Previous School: Bhubaneswar Model Pubic School, Takshila (BMPS Takshila), Bhubaneswar.

- Transfer Certificate: Will be submitted soon

Reason for Transfer: Due to my family, we are relocating to Ranchi. I am employed in Reserve Bank
of India, Bhubaneswar and since my son pursuing cricket from JSCA, we wish to relocate at Ranchi
permanently. This transfer will enable us to settle in Ranchi and provide Nitya with a stable and
supportive environment.
