Sage Gnocchi with Diced Ham

This delicious pan-fried dish is quick to make and great for a warm dinner. Our
Sage Gnocchi with Diced Ham is packed with flavor and will be on your table in no
time! Tip: If you have some extra sage left, you can make some tea. Combine approx.
5 leaves with boiling water in a teapot and let brew for 10 minutes.

Ingredients for 3 servings:


・Diced Ham, lean (135 g)
・Butter (3 tbsp., 30 g)
・Gnocchi (525 g)
・Fresh Sage (7,5 g)
・Salt and Pepper (to taste)
・Grated Parmesan Cheese (45 g)

Instructions for 3 servings:


1. Fry the diced ham in a pan with half of the butter over medium heat for approx.
4 minutes.
2. In the meantime, fry the gnocchi in a second pan with the remaining butter over
medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
3. Once you've fried the ham for the recommended amount of time, add the sage to
the pan, mix well and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Transfer the ham and sage to the pan with the gnocchi. Season with salt and
pepper.
5. Garnish with Parmesan and serve.
6. Enjoy!
