●​ Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is Work from Home)


●​ Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
●​ Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000
●​ Office - IRIS Tech Park, Badshahpur , Sohna Road Highway - Gurugram

What You'll Do:

●​ Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities for growth.
●​ Maintain and update our talent database for smooth recruitment processes.
●​ Post job openings on various platforms to attract the right candidates.
●​ Assist in reaching out to colleges and universities for collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

●​ A student or graduate in HR, Business, or related field.


●​ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
●​ Strong communication skills with a passion for recruitment.
●​ Comfortable using job boards and social media platforms for posting jobs.
