Follow these steps to access and utilize Zoho effectively:
Log In to Zoho
1. Zoho Link- Zoho People Plus
2. Open the Zoho login page and enter your official credentials (ID and Password).
3. Once logged in successfully, the home page will display your details.
Navigation Overview
1. My Space
• Overview: Displays your profile with your photo, name, employee ID, position, reporting
manager, and department manager. You can view:
o Clock In/Out: Work schedules, weekends, holidays, and attendance details
(present, absent, and upcoming holidays).
• Feeds: View the status of tasks, cases, announcements, approvals, and mail alerts.
• Profile:
o Basic Information: Includes your employee ID, name, official ID, and
organizational structure.
o Projects: Shows your reporting manager and work details (employee status,
Zoho role, location, department, designation, and DOJ).
o Work Experience: Add previous job details, including company name, start/end
dates, and job description.
o Contact Details: Work phone, personal number, email ID, seating location,
present and permanent addresses.
o Personal Details: Date of birth, expertise, and marital status.
o Identity Information: UAN, PAN, and Aadhaar numbers.
o Education Details: Add information about your education, including institute
names, degrees, and specializations (e.g., 10th, 12th, Bachelor's, Master's).
o Dependent Details: Add information about family members (father, mother,
siblings) and spouse (if applicable).
o Insurance Details: View once created.
2. Employee Features
• Leaves: View earned and sick leave balances, apply for leave, and check past/pending
leave requests.
• Attendance: Track working hours, attendance, and daily logs.
• Time Log: For client-related work tracking.
• Timesheet: Monthly breakdown of work hours (if applicable).
Additional Options
• Jobs, Files, and Cases: Raise concerns and track them.
• KRA and Feedback: Provide and receive performance feedback.

Organization Details
• Announcements: View HR announcements, policies, or updates.
• Employee Tree: Organizational charts and department structures.
• New Hires: Recently joined employees are listed here.
Leave Tracker
• View summaries of applied, earned, sick leaves, and balances.
• Check past leaves and holidays, including pending or approved requests.
Attendance Tracking
• Track login/out times, working hours, and weekly/monthly attendance in both tabular
and calendar views.
Performance
• Review personal goals and objectives.
